New clients begin with a brief phone consultation to discuss what brings you in and whether we're the right fit. If we are, we'll schedule a first session. If we aren't, I'll point you toward someone better suited. I keep a small caseload so each client gets focused attention.

I'm Dr. France Frederick, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Fairhope, Alabama. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego, and have spent more than two decades in private practice on the Eastern Shore.
Effective therapy begins with a confidential, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. My approach is warm, respectful, and interactive. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
